Culpeper Downtown For The Season
The Culpeper Renaissance invites you to begin your shopping early this holiday season in historic downtown Culpeper! Downtown shops will be all decked out for the holiday season along with specialty merchandise and special holiday events will be taking place!

Jingle Bell Trot
CrossFit Culpeper is teaming up with the Culpeper Toy Chest to help families in need by providing toys for their loved ones with their annual 5k! Take part in the Jingle Bell Trot 5K on December 5th, at Yowell Meadow Park in Culpeper, and all proceeds will go towards the purchase of toys for the kids of Culpeper.

Culpeper Christmas ParadeCulpeper Christmas Parade
The Culpeper Christmas Parade will be held on December 6, 2020, at 5:00 pm on Ira Hoffman Lane. The event will allow spectators to view the parade from inside their vehicles. This great hometown family event will begin with a seasonal fireworks display!

Virtual Christmas Concert
The Blue Ridge Chorale will host a Virtual Christmas Concert on Saturday, December 19th for anyone to watch and sing along from the comfort of their own home. The 2020 Winter Concert Video does not require a ticket, however, donations are appreciated!

Thanksgiving Day ParadeMacy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade
The Annual Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade will be converted to a made-for-TV spectacle, featuring the larger-than-life balloons, over-the-top floats, and big-name performers! You can watch the parade as always on NBC on Thursday, November 26th from 9 am to noon. Or, watch the live stream!

Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree Lighting
Enjoy the Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree Lighting on December 2nd with a live national broadcast hosted by NBC to officially mark the start of the Christmas season!

National Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony
Washington D.C’s 98th National Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony and holiday performances will take place on December 3rd on thenationaltree.org.

Ball Drop on New Years EveNew Year’s Eve Ball Drop in Time Square
The Annual New Year’s Eve Ball Drop in Time Square will also occur virtually this year. You can still countdown the ball drop and pop some champagne in the comfort (and warmth!) of your own home! The event will feature the iconic ball drop countdown, as well as performances and a recap of the year’s events broadcast on television and live stream.
