Application Fee: $32 (non-refundable), per applicant (all residents over 18, and all co-signers)
Security Deposit: Equal to one month’s rent for the unit selected (refundable)
Apartment Lease Terms: 12 months, flexible leases may be available with a rent surcharge.

PET-FRIENDLY APARTMENTS
Northridge is a pet friendly apartment community with the following conditions: Maximum of 2 pets allowed per unit; if pet exceeds 25lbs. at FULL maturity, a pet interview must be conducted prior to move-in. The following breeds are restricted: Pit Bull Terriers, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, Chows, and Spitz.
